Apparently, It's some long forgotten concept car Ford did way back in '97 called the Santa Fe. There's literally 3 pictures of the thing on the internet, all from the same site.

the interceptor concept was not a taurus

also the middle 3 images with the grey background are off of "bringbackthesho" which was a site with a bunch of different concept ideas using the current (at the time) ford 500 / taurus. The guy who ran it was on the same marauder board I was on which is why the first one is sitting on marauder wheels.
